Join us for a Dementia LIVE session; Dementia Live is an immersive, high-impact simulation that helps care teams experience the sensory and cognitive challenges faced by people living with dementia. By mimicking symptoms such as tunnel vision, impaired processing, and altered touch, caregivers develop deeper empathy – and ultimately, provide more compassionate, person-centered care. It builds empathy by helping participants understand what it’s like to live with dementia.

Dementia Friends aims to change the way people think, act, and speak about dementia. The initiative emphasizes that people with dementia can live well with a little help from others, and it encourages community members to learn about the condition and make small, practical changes to support those affected.
